WE SHIP TO THE USA AND INTERNATIONALLY.

As the global leader in responsibly sourced fine tanzanite, Tanzanite Direct is proud to offer our entire collection of jewelry and loose gemstones to customers all over the world.

Our international dispatch center is based in Hong Kong. The city’s position as an international logistics hub means we can have your tanzanite to you in record time.
We also have offices in New York and Dubai. If appropriate, we can also arrange shipping from these destinations, via special arrangement with our customer service team.
All orders will be shipped FedEx International Priority.
Special shipments over $75,000 are sent by armored delivery at prices subject to the applicable armored carrier’s fees. Schedules for armored delivery over $75,000 vary depending on your location.

Using FedEx, our standard insured shipping is free to most global locations.

We ship to the USA, United Kingdom and Europe, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. If you’re located in a different country, please contact our customer service to check availability. We regret to say we’re unable to ship to India or Africa at the moment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our free standard shipping usually takes 4 – 7 days for delivery to the USA, United Kingdom and Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Rings sized US 7 are available for immediate dispatch. Resizing usually takes an additional 48 hours, unless customer service notifies you otherwise.

We aim to send your orders within two business days of receiving your order, for orders placed between Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday (that are confirmed as available) are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

FedEx Express shipping (estimated 2- 3 days) is available for urgent orders. An additional $50 fee is applied at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a FedEx tracking number from our customer service staff, allowing you to track your shipment’s progress and see the estimated delivery date.

If you would like to keep your gift a surprise and pick up your parcel at your local FedEx Depo, please contact FedEx after dispatch with your tracking number.

Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
