  • FedEx tracking number provided once your order is dispatched

Buying a gift?

  • Need to keep your gift a surprise? Get in touch with FedEx as soon as you have your tracking number: they will help you arrange pickup at your local FedEx Depot

How quickly will my order be shipped?

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 48 working hours of purchase
  • Buying a ring? We may need an additional 24-48 hours to resize it for you. Rings in US size 7 are available for immediate dispatch

How long will delivery take?

  • Free shipping to most locations globally usually takes between 4-7 working days from order (see table below)
  • Need it sooner? FedEx Express shipping (estimated 2-3 days) is available for urgent orders at checkout

Where do you ship from?

  • Our tanzanite gemstones and jewelry are shipped from Hong Hong, where our worldwide distribution center is located. Hong Kong’s position as an international shipping hub allows us to export quickly and safely to our customers worldwide

A few more important notes:

  • Our deliveries can only be made to home addresses or physical business addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. box addresses
  • An adult will need to sign for the delivery
