The easiest returns process ever:
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you’d like to return your item.
- We will email you a prepaid return label.
- Depending on your location, you can either arrange a courier pickup or drop the parcel at your local depot. That’s it.
- This covers all taxes, duties, tariffs, and VAT.
- You will never be charged anything extra upon delivery, anywhere in the world.
(Even with this charge, our prices are usually still much lower than stores in your country).

When you check out, you can pay with your credit or debit card as normal , but have PayPal process the payment ( no PayPal account needed ).
This automatically gives you PayPal Buyer Protection, which is covers nightmare situations like:
- the item being very different from described
- the retailer not honouring their returns or refund policy
- the parcel not arriving at all or the seller refusing to honour their refund policy
If a seller refused to fix an issue, PayPal can refund you directly — a completely independent safety net outside of our own returns policy.
